- Original packaging, tags, certificates, and invoices must be included.
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, approval will be communicated.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
4. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for eligible items within the return window, subject to availability.
5. Shipping for Returns
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
