  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, approval will be communicated.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for eligible items within the return window, subject to availability.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
